2018 Honda Odyssey To Debut At 2017 Detroit Auto Show

Minivans may not be the go to choice like how it once was for the family vehicle but they still have a pretty big demand. Within the past 10 years minivan market hare has been declined significantly as many of the American brands have called out of the minivan segment except for the Chrysler twins, leaving much of the market share to Honda and Toyota. The 2018 Honda Odyssey is a prime choice for a minivan and should definitely put on the shopping list if you looking for a new family hauler.

Exterior

Minivans aren’t really known for having very stylish exterior designs but the 2018 Honda Odyssey is a pretty stylish minivan in our opinion with it’s very sharp looking headlights and it’s pretty aggressive looking front grill too and then the 18-inch alloy wheels finished off the vehicle pretty nicely. It have a high belt-line which gives it a futuristic look. Halogen projector beam headlights with halogen daytime running lights. At he rear it have LED illuminated taillights, rear window defroster, rear parking sensors and reflectors.

Interior

The cabin design of the Odyssey looking as a whole kinda feels utilitarian but that is not necessarily a bad thing many people want a utilitarian and practical interior design in their minivan. Build quality and materials are pretty average for the class. The door panels are coated in soft touch materials but the dashboard is hard plastic which is not too out of ordinary for minivans. The steering wheel is pretty functional but a little dated. At he bottom of the center stack it have a cool feature called cool box which is good for cooling the water or whatever.
