Burt Reynolds will drive his own Bandit Trans Am into Barrett-Jackson auction stage

The man, the legend himself the Bandit, Burt Reynolds, who seems that has endless store of Pontiac Firebird Trans Ams modeled like the one in the 1977 hit movie “Smokey and the Bandit,” , will present his Pontiac Bandit at the Barrett Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Burt Reynolds’ latest ‘Bandit’ Trans Am that was going to Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona in January 14-22, was sold for $275,000. We expected more, like the one that got $450,000 or 550 K, but this is still a lot of money! Congratulation to buyer!

When all started in 2014 as the when an original “Smokey and the Bandit” promo car sold for $450,000. Now, in this January this is Burt Reynolds’ fourth Bandit-style Trans Am that will go “under the hummer”.

In 2015 Reynolds’ sale of a “tribute” Bandit Edition, that he owned for a year was sold for $170,000. And, last in 2016 the actor, the Bandit himself brought out another movie promo car that ended up fetching $550,000.
