2017 Maserati Levante SUV Review and Price

The most awaiting SUV vehicle from Maserati is going to show its first look in march 2017. Maserati’s CEO Harald Wester confirmed that the Maserati Levante SUV production will be started by next year February and it will revealed at the GENEVA Motor show in march.

Proceeding further wester explained “It will be based 100 percent on the Quattraporte platform, and be the lead vehicle for lots of new content that will be rolled out across the range”. He also added that it will be significantly different from the concept and better in every way. He said the pre-production activities are going to start soon and the production of the car will be carried out at MIafori plant by February. He also revealed that the parts used in the production are “100 percent Maserati”.


Several new technologies are being introduced in 2017 Maserati Levante SUV. It is introducing blind spot monitoring system to the Ghibli and the Quattroporte. Rear cross traffic alert system is also going to be introduced along with the updated Bowers and Wilkins sound system.


2017 Maserati Levante SUV is equipped with the AdBlue selective catalytic reduction technology. Maserati is going to implement the Euro Vi homologation standards for the existing gas engines. A twin-turbocharged V6 used by both Ghibli and quattroporte (3.0-liter turbocharged V-6) .


There is no much improvement in the performance aspect as the V6 producing from 330hp to 410hp and the V8 which Keeps its 530-hp output.There has been an addition of Start/Stop as a standard feature on both the models. Lets expect that it would hit 62 mph in 5.2 sec.


The design of the 2017 Maserati Levante SUV will be mainly basing on the Kubang concept, the designs patents related to interwebz and finally the Ghibli from where it got its origin.The final look of the 2017 Maserati Levante SUV is likely to resemble Porsche Cayenne from side.


Trusting on with the concept of SUV, the 2017 Maserati Levante SUV is likely to be having more luggage space.The Steering with sporty look might be expected for a better look and feel. The interior is expected to have a large infotainment system with enough space in the stack.The leg room is likely to be similar to Ghibli’s model.
