2018 Legacy Exterior
This new 2018 Subaru Legacy is without doubt much better looking than it’s predecessor. The design of this car is more cohesive and it is more sleek and it doesn’t have any fatter drizzle hanging off a bit. Subaru managed to make it a much more logical and slightly sleeker looking design. Subaru always have a little bit sport feel built in even in cars like Legacy. The front of the vehicle complements of a one piece bumper nose design with a hexagonal grill design and a HID projector halogen headlamps and multi reflector halogen fog lights.
The 2018 Subaru Legacy have a beautifully designed interior which is wrapped in soft leather and wood. The dashboard is made from one piece design and it is also made from soft touch materials and overall the interior finishing has been completely revamped. The front seats are heated and the passenger gets a four way adjustable seat and the driver gets a ten way adjustable seat. The rear sears are also heated and have a center armrest. The steering wheel is also wrapped in leather and have a numerous amount of control.
The Legacy is powered with 2.5-Liter four-cylinder Subaru boxer engine that produces 175 horsepower at 5.800 rpm and 174 pound feet of torque at 4.000 rpm. The second optional engine is a 3.6-Liter 24-valve six-cylinder super boxer engine which puts out 256 horsepower at 6.000 rpm and 247 pound feet of torque at 4.400 rpm. Both engines are mated to a linear tronic CVT transmission which have a shift lock system and it’t equipped with Subaru’s full-time all-wheel drive.
2018 Subaru Legacy Price
The price of the Legacy with a 2.5l engine is $22,500 which include a 6.2 inch infotainment system, Bluetooth, 12 speaker Harman Kardon audio system and a backup camera. The 6-cylider Limited trim costs $33,000 . The legacy can also be equipped with a cool feature called “eye sight” adds features like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, pre-collision braking and a feature that alerts the driver when the vehicle ahead pulls away from the stop.
